There are many types of blogs, such as personal blog, organizational blog, business blog, genre blog, etc. What we want to focus is on personal blogs, where I believe all of us have since we are in the Mom Bloggers Planet community.
Many mom bloggers claim that they are blogging for the future value of memories, where it might not be written anywhere, and might be forgotten, if they don’t blog about it. Blog for them is a personal online journal and the way they reflect their everyday life in form of writings. Most of this kind of blog writer do not mind if their blog is never been read.
Some mom bloggers like to become famous, even though they don’t have any monetizing agenda with their blogs. It is a pride to have people around talking about their blog, and somebody out-of-nowhere comes and ask “Are you Miss X? The Blog For Fame owner?”. It paid to be a famous person, their have authority and their words are heard rather than the other blogger on the street.
Blogging for money comes in many ways. Some unknown bloggers are making millions with Google Adsense and some famous bloggers creating money everyday with Nuffnang. Sometimes it needs a famous blogger to be a money making blogger, depend on what strategy they are using to make money blogging. Some money making channels require your popularity and credibility as an individual, for example, for a shop owner to have their online shops reviewed, they will be happy to pay the blogs that have 500 unique readers per day, rather that paying blogs with 50 readers per day.
You can be any type of blogger, the keypoint is, you enjoy it.Don’t write issues you don’t have passion about, or you’ll end up writing a boring entry and un-able to catch your reader attention.
Some good bloggers able to integrate the three things above, while blogging fo memories, they gain fame and money at the same time. However, you need some knowledge to make your blog become one of the best blog on the block, because it comes with huge competition. Writing skills, back linking, keyword, etc. are things that you should master before whining “Why my blog is not as successful as XXX’s blog?”.
One other important element is time. You really needs time to build credibility and convincing blog. Don’t dream to be a great blogger overnight. Give it months or years to see your blog as your passive money making tool.

my main purpose of blogging was to sharpen my writing skills since I started to be SAHM, I felt so boring and sometimes so stressed out. I’ve made a lot of friends through blogging now. It really has helped me to regain my sanity!

I always love writing & with blog it makes so easy! Used to have a diary since school-aged girl which I devoted it very much. Now, my blog replaced the diary.
The best part is able to share it with others!

i started blogging as a stress reliever..hehe..i blogged only when i had a fight with my bf (now husband) dan yang sewaktu dengan nyer..then I got my own domain and created a blog for memories..starting with my wedding experiences..and now I know that one also can earn money with blog..so why don’t i take the chance..

agreed…first i blog about my technical knowledge about small animals, until a friend suggested for me to blog about my pregnancy a year ago, which is my first child.then i also blog about photography,then i open a online business blog…total i have 4 blog!well, my main objective to keep track on my family,my passion and my expertise (expert kah aku hehehe)…maklumlah dulu sy keje 3 tahun dalam bidang kucen..pastu skrg jadi doktor kamben lak..so i blog also to refresh my knowledge…alamak..sori yea..terpanjang lak menceceh…
