Okey. There are many ways on increasing blog readers. But, I’m not going to chat about that today.

Besides writing entries in your blog frequently, you also need to ‘advertise’ your blog to the public. How to do that? Just submit your blog URL to the following blogger directories.

Mom Bloggers Planet also has it’s own Blog Directory for moms *which I’m still in the process of …

I got a comment from Catlina the other day in my last HTML tutorial on headings. This mommy blogger asked how to customised the width of her middle content.

In other words, she would like to expand the width of her blog post section (middle content) and make it wider.

Okey.. this is something very simple to do *provided your know some HTML*. I will be using Catlina’s blog as a sample for this step by step tutorial. Her blog is using Blogger Template Style Gray Town by Exotic Mommie from CandyTemplates.

HTML has six levels of headings, from 1 to 6 – with 1 being the largest. Headings are usually displayed in larger and/or bolder fonts than the normal body text.

The first heading in each document should be tagged <H1>.

The syntax of the heading element is:

So, what is an HTML document? HTML document is a plain text (also known as ASCII) file that can be created using any text editor (eg. Notepad, TextPad).

You can also use a word processor like Microsoft Word and save the document as “text only” or “text only with line breaks”.

These are the basic that you should know.

HTML documents are text files made up of HTML elements.

HTML elements are defined using HTML tags
