the nits is the hardest thing to deal with. i had to use my own kuku & tarik those off my girl’s hair under sunlight.

for the lice, i mixed some olive oil & coconut oil to her shampoo and wash her hair as usual. after that, her hail will be mildly oily, that is the ideal time to scour her head with lice comb. mmg the lices akan easily lekat kat comb. oily hair = it cant move around easily.

from my reading, olive & coconut oil can suffocate the lices. not sure how true it is, but since it really helps to trap the lice, i will continue to use this method if it strikes again.

and ya, the lice shampoo doesnt seem to work as effective as it claims.
