It’s a very tough job judging the last cutest baby contest for 2009, Cutest Baby Smiling. Because all smiles melted my heart.. not once but over and over again. 
But, there will be only 6 lucky winners. So, let’s see who win!
Oh wait! If your baby hasn’t win any of the top two prizes (the First and Second Prize winners will be automatically qualified for the 2009 Cutest Baby of the Planet contest – will be held in middle January 2010)… you still have one more chance.
