Let’s meet our October ‘09 Featured Mom Blogger, Ann! Her wonderful blog is located at http://mamibizi.blogspot.com. Ann is a loving wife to Hairy and is a proud mother of a cute baby, Husin. 
Q: Tell us a bit about yourself and your family.
I’m a mother of one cute baby boy and wife of Hairy aka abah Husin. We stay at Aloq Setar and currently working as lecturer at Jitra.
Q: How did you first discover blogging? When did you start? Why do you blog?
Actually I start blogging when I start to cooking & baking more seriously and wish to have my own online cakes website to promoting my cakes. Err.. I start blogging on June 2009 and since then, no turning back.. cam ketagih pun ade gak blogging nih.. huhuhu
Q: Is this your original blog that you started with? If so, have you made any changes since you began? What types of changes?
Nope. I actually 1st blogging at http://annscupcakes.blogspot.com. After that, I create new blog for share my life story. Finally, i ended up with mix food/life story blog…. I currently working out to create new blog exclusively for edible image ordering. Just check this http://edibleimageutara.blogspot.com/ regularly.
Q: What blogging platform are you using (eg: Blogspot, WordPress, TypePad etc)? Why do you choose this platform?
Always blogspot.. Easy to customize
Q: Do you consider blogging your hobby or a business? If it’s a hobby, do you ever think of ways to make money from your blog?
I consider blogging as a money-making hobby… Apart of cakes ordering received from my blog readers, I also makes money from nuffnang & churp².. It just a few cents but I can see its potential source of passive money..
Q: How often do you blog and why?
Depend on ideas. Sometimes I blogging few topics a day.
Q: Do you think blogging communities or social networking communities like MomBloggersPlanet are important for bloggers? Why?
Totally important! MBP are one of my platform to get ideas/input/guidance and makes me feel love to blogging. Some of the blogger not know where to start and linger when they start blogging and finally they ‘lost’.
Q: Does the term ‘mom blogger’ bother you? Why or why not?
Not at all. Infact, I’m proud to be a mom who blog..
Q: What’s your advice for moms who want to learn more about blogging or start blogging?
Never afraid to ask question and join any internet community to guide you and mbp is one good platform to start.
Q: Do you think there’s a special talent needed to become a blogger?
No special talent needed but some self regulatory should be applied i.e when you blog something bad about someone, bear in mind that you are typing@blogging about real person at real life,; not to a monitor in front of you..
Bayangkan blog tu dibaca puluhan@ratusan orang, kesian le kat orang yg kena kutuk tu,kan?
Q: What types of blogs do you read regularly? What kind of information do you seek from bloggers?
I read lots of blog daily without specific contents but normally i love to read gosip (biasalah.. ahli mesyuarat tingkap..) and parenting info and cooking/baking stuff..
